Airports In Order of Proximity
Easthampton. Approximately 20 minutes away. Requires private plane. If you are landing here don't harass me for host housing.
Islip McArthur-approximately 40 minutes away, southwest hub. Car rentals available.
JFK- Best for international flights. Approximately 90 min away, car rentals available.
LaGuardia- Good for international, domestic. Approximately 90 minutes away, car rentals are available.
Newark- Really really far away in New Jersey. 3hrs by car. Car rentals available.
Train- The Long Island RailRoad (www.lirr.org check that) has several arrivals and departures daily from Jamaica, Queens. There is no direct train from Penn Station, you would take a Penn train to Jamaica and transfer. They do allow bicycles off of peak hours. Train station is approximately 3 miles from the course, taxi's are available, or you can ride the bike easily.
Bus- Hampton Jitney has almost hourly service from Manhattan to Southampton, NY. They do allow bicycles for a small fee. Total travel time approximately 2 hrs, reservations are suggested www.hamptonjitney.com
